Gmail spam filters are the best out there for free email service. Sometimes, they are so good, they’re bad. That is, sometimes Gmail filters out email messages that are legitimate, and wind up in your Spam folder. Why is this happening to me?

This will move the folder to the top default Junk folders. Gmail lists the folders to the left. You may need to use the pulldown MORE link to find the SPAM folder. As you scroll through the list, check those that are not spam, then at the top of the page, click the NO SPAM link. That will send the mail back into your INBOX, and will also let Google know not to filter that mail in the future. When you mark a message as "Junk" in Postbox, it is moved to Gmail's "Spam" folder. However, emptying the Spam folder in Postbox does not empty the Spam folder in Gmail.
